Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. We recommend that you send your items back tracked or with recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. The cost of return postage is to be paid by the buyer, except if an item is found to be faulty or damaged in transit to you.

If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. In most instances we will either offer a replacement, or where this is not possible we will offer another item of the same value.
Because we trade in used goods we only deem an item to be faulty if it is not in usable condition, for example a broken handle/clasp or ripped lining, unless this has been stated in the items description. We cannot list every small defect in an item and so we give an overall description of condition and list any major defects.
Please remember to include your original invoice, name, address and order number, otherwise we may not be able to help with your concerns.
