Q: What is your minimum spend per order?
A: There’s no minimum spend, order as much or as little as you want!

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: You can return any item(except earrings for pierced ears) to us for a refund if you change your mind within 30 days of placing your order, as long as it’s returned in the condition in which you received it and has not been used.  Return postage fees are payable by the customer.

Because we trade in used goods we only deem an item to be faulty if it is not in usable condition, for example a broken handle/clasp or ripped lining, unless this has been stated in the items description.  We cannot list every small defect in an item and so we give an overall description of condition and list any major defects.

Q: How much is postage?
A: As all orders are different your postage cost is calculated automatically before checkout based on the weight of your order. We don’t use cut price, unreliable couriers, only the best for you, so you can be assured that your order will be in safe hands!

Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: We aim to despatch your order within 24hrs. We usually use Royal Mail for our deliveries, therefore you should receive your order within 2-5 working days depending on the postage option you choose at checkout.  Orders sent outside of the UK will take longer to arrive.

Q: What condition is your stock in?
A: Please keep in mind that if you choose to buy from us you are buying used goods and as such no item sold by us will be in new condition, but will have minor defects/wear in line with the items age and usage over the years.  We do our utmost to describe our stock accurately, we cannot list every minor scratch or scuff but we always detail any major defects.
